SKYNET ART SERIES

Shearn’s Skynet Art Series is inspired by the graceful murmuration of birds flocking together, or schools of fish coalescing and moving simultaneously.  These floating kinetic sculptures are a constant reminder of nature moving around us.  Each site-specific installation reveals unseen natural wind elements unique to that location. These artworks are intentionally constructed from ultra-lightweight materials and rigged inconspicuously to harness wind and activate the piece in a mesmerizing dance.  The resulting artwork offers a peaceful and immersive experience to all who encounter it.
