Skyline Stream

“Skyline Stream” is comprised of approximately 1600 linear feet of rope, over 200 hand-tied technical knots, and approximately 33,000 ripstop nylon streamers. Harnessing available wind, the artwork undulates in a gorgeous, immersive display that appears to hang in midair.

This installation is the latest of the artist’s signature Skynet series, conceived to evoke the natural phenomenon of flocking, like the murmuration of starlings, the schooling of fish.
